Online payment is made in USD. If you would like to pay the equivalent in pesos, select On-Site as the payment option. Contact me to arrange payment in person. Your booking is not finalized until payment is received.

ContactWhat is your refund policy?
All bookings are non-refundable, as spots are limited and in high demand during Día de Muertos. However, if you need to cancel, you may transfer your session to another person or apply it toward a future photoshoot (within 6 months).
What if I don’t show up to my session?
No-shows forfeit their session and payment. Please arrive on time—late arrivals cut into your session time and may affect how many images we can capture.
What if it rains?
San Miguel weather can be unpredictable. Light rain often adds mood and atmosphere to photos, but if the weather makes it impossible to shoot, sessions will be rescheduled within the Día de Muertos period whenever possible. If rescheduling isn’t an option, you’ll receive a credit that may be applied toward a future photoshoot (within 6 months).
Can couples book a session together?
Yes! Each person must book their own session. For couples, please book two consecutive appointments so we can capture you both individually and together within that time frame.
Are families or groups allowed?
Ultra and mini sessions are designed for individuals or couples only. For families or groups of 3 or more, please inquire about a custom session.
What should I bring or wear?
For Mini Sessions, you may bring 1–2 quick outfit/accessory changes. Ultra Mini Sessions do not allow time for wardrobe changes, so come dressed in your full look. Accessories such as hats, jewelry, or handheld props (flowers, fans, etc.) are highly encouraged.
When will I receive my photos?
- Mini & Custom Sessions: Within 7 days
- Ultra Mini Sessions: Within 4 days
Can I choose my favorite images?
- Mini Sessions: Yes, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your 10 favorite images.
- Ultra Mini Sessions: To keep things streamlined during this busy holiday, the 3 final retouched images will be selected by the photographer for delivery.
- Custom Sessions: Yes. Number of photos will be determined in your custom package.
Is makeup included?
- Mini Sessions: Yes, professional makeup is included in the session.
- Ultra Mini Sessions: Makeup is not included. I recommend arriving at the Jardín 90 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for makeup application with your chosen artist.
- Custom Sessions: Both options are available. We can discuss this on our discovery call.
Where will the photos be taken?
- Mini Sessions: In beautiful locations in proximity to Centro.
- Ultra Mini Sessions: Within a 7-minute walk of the Jardín, where many makeup artists are located.
- Custom Sessions: TBD
What if I want more images?
You can purchase additional retouched images beyond the included number. Pricing will be provided with your proof gallery.
What if I want a session that doesn’t fit into the Mini or Ultra Mini options?
If you’re looking for something more flexible — such as a family or group session (3+ people), a longer and more in-depth shoot, a custom location, or a creative concept you’d like to bring to life — a Custom Session is the best fit. These sessions are tailored to your vision, with flexible timing, image packages, and locations. Pricing begins at $250 USD, with final quotes provided after consultation.
