  • How do I book a session?

    Start by filling out the inquiry form on the page that best fits your session type. I’ll review your responses, confirm availability, and send you a personalized link to schedule your date and make your payment or deposit.

  • Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

    You can choose to pay either a deposit or the full amount. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your session. (Mini sessions require full payment at booking.)

  • Where will my session take place?

    Sessions are typically shot in and around San Miguel de Allende — a city full of stunning backdrops and golden light. You can request a specific location, describe the type of setting you’d love (natural, architectural, colorful streets, etc.), or let me suggest the perfect spot based on your vision. (Mini sessions are at a set location.)

  • What should we wear?

    Clothing that feels like you photographs best. Avoid heavy patterns or neon colors; choose tones that harmonize with your environment. After booking, I’ll send a brief styling guide with tips on palettes, textures, and outfit coordination.

  • How long will it take to receive my photos?

    You’ll receive your gallery within 10 days of your session. You’ll then be able to select and download the number of images included with your session. If you want more images, you can easily pay for and download more images directly from your gallery.

  • Can I purchase more photos than what’s included?

    Yes. Additional images and full-gallery upgrades are available directly through your Pic-Time gallery.

  • What happens if it rains?

    We’ll either reschedule to the next available date or shift to an indoor or covered location that complements your vision.

  • Do you retouch the images?

    All delivered photos are professionally edited for color, tone, and light. Light retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal) is included. Extensive retouching or background edits can be added for an additional fee.

  • Can I bring a friend or family member?

    Absolutely — extra moral support is welcome, especially for individual portraits. Just keep the group small so the focus stays on the subject(s).

  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?

    All session fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session, the amount paid will be applied as a credit toward a future session within 6 months.

    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or no-shows will forfeit the session fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

    If weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, I’ll always do my best to reschedule your session at the earliest possible date.
